- Amaterasu has a severe allergy to arachnids.
- She is actually a very talented painter, but she is not fond of showing them off because she has a tendency to think all positive feedback she gets is dishonest.
- She and Kaze once got into a heated argument about how debts the clan owes should be paid. It almost escalated into a physical fight, but they were stopped by Nightfall and Amythest.
- She would never admit it, but she does find Gamma very attractive.
