Erstad, caretaker of the dragonets:
A cheerful guy all around, though sometimes a bit sleepy. He takes care of those in the nursery, and the other dragonets. The children trust him to keep their deepest secrets -- which is why he knows where the prince used to hide Dapperwing's helmet-- and he happily keeps them, unless the secrets are harmful. He did drop hints to Dapperwing about the whereabouts of his helmet, and it was like a little joke between him and the prince. Of course, at the time he was a mere dragonet himself, but even now, the children let him in on their jokes and show him their prized possessions. He was also the one who comforted Asthor when her father departed, letting her snuggle beneath his wings.
