Mika

Mika is a prime example of a Ridgeback dragon, and unfortunately, he knows it. He's cunning, gorgeous, and doesn't care about anyone else than himself. He's also by far the largest dragon of the clan, and would be a very valuable hunter and fighter, if he actually felt like doing favors for others.

The others are all wary of him, and they've made a pact not to let Mika near the treasure room by himself. Or the hoard. Okay, actually they try to keep a close eye on him in every situation imaginable. To Mika's annoyance, most often his babysitter is Makkara, who can't stop talking about his naïve, childish desires for adventure. Mika? He just wants to eat well and get rich.

Recently mated with Miri, Mika couldn't feel more happy about his life. Though, the unfortunate downside being the sons he got as a result. Mika tries to keep out of their lives as much as he can, only occasionally playing with his twin sons whenever Minna is too busy (not so much as playing, but laying down and sleeping while the reckless boys jump up and down around and on top of him). He does usually greet his third son, Stoneblood, whenever the boy visits, but quickly finds his way out of the situation.

In a way, Mika is feeling regretful of his actions. The lives of his offspring don't feel as useless as the lives of everyone else, but Mika feels it best to keep his distance from his sons. He wouldn't want to ruin all of them by giving them terrible advice.
