Kalua may hail from Icy origins but this nocturne's need to protect often overshadows his cold nature. His appearance sets people off and that's just how he likes it. His calculating traits and hardiness as an Ice dragon have created a model guard for the lair and one of the most productive hunters they have seen. His arrival during a Flight holiday put many in high spirits he was welcomed fully. It put him off a bit but it was much better than the alternative.
In terms of alignment he stays on the lawful side but with a heavy and no-nonsense way of looking at things. He makes an ideal prosecutor when other designated judges of the lair need a conviction for the ones who have broken the laws of the lair. The Council relies on him to handle proceedings and dish out punishment as needed.
And to make sure it stays dished out.
