Rumors say this handsome knight was born of sea foam by a collaboration between the Arcanist and Tidecaller, before the latter dissapeared. He's a quiet and imposing Imperial, though average dragons have nothing to fear from him as he only fights to protect the Shallows, and all of Prism Point. Selcouth can sometimes be at a loss for what to do, as he was created to protect, when things are calm and there are no threats on the horizon. A lot of the time he will stare out to sea, unsure if he should try out hobbies, anxious that if he was preoccupied then he couldn't fight off intruders from the sea.
