Vora .. Found at the end of the Hall, sitting alongside his sister, is the true creator of Pernicious. Unlike Lady Blight, Vora can be seen wandering the town streets from time to time. In his words, "I may not care for them, but I at least respect my duties as founder." Vora, instead of craving raw strength, finds power in treasure. He's quite the mogul and is known as the 'investor of investors.' Many question his role in founding Pernicious, but he brushes it off as a 'smart business move' and sends them on their way. Upon hearing his sister's plan for Pernicious, Vora laughed. It was foolish, of course. But he participated anyway, because nothing pleased him more than the idea of this all blowing up in his sister's face. Even the dumbest dragon in Sorneith could see what her "experiments" were doing to the people and land around them. The wastelands already bared such a disgusting appearance, and what Blight was doing somehow made it even worse. The people of Pernicious acted as if they were living dead. It was all mess. A mess Vora simply couldn't wait to see the end of. |

Relationships
BLIGHT. Just as she does, him- Vora cares very little about Blight, and is more than aware she only uses him for his vast wealth. Their relationship is complicated, and not one even Vora could explain, if he cared to. Because despite their lack of bonds, they have both stuck together over the years, and continue to stay by each other's side. And though he says he's only staying to watch her demise, Vora couldn't think to leave his sister. He considers it almost a curse, that he still loves her. BRAYTH.Having discovered Brayth's tavern when he still resided in the Viridian Labyrinth and seeing the passion the Spiral had for his job, Vora quickly hired him to move his work over to Pernicious- With a very hefty promise of booming business, and quite a lot of treasure, of course. At the offer, Brayth excepted, and quickly moved residency. Rotrock Tavern is an investment Vora is quite proud of, as it's the main cause for people to come and go in Pernicious. |
