A quiet and solitary dragon, Aphelion may be not seen for days, sometimes even weeks. He doesn't appear to mind company, though, and somehow always seems to know when someone is looking for him. There's a treehouse where he can often be found, papers and books neatly organized, desks strewn with star charts and various sextants. If visited during the day, you'll likely find them asleep—they keep a nocturnal schedule, waking up at dusk and going to bed at dawn. At night, they're more likely to be out on some hill or another, the telescope pointed at the sky, their patient eyes watching the heavens.

Not much is known about Aphelion. They're seen in town getting supplies, but not much else, and rarely take the initiative to talk to anyone. Astrum is the most common exception, and most agree they simply love to discuss the stars. His arrival was without flair—he showed up at the caves one day, treasure in hand, and asked to purchase any spare planks of wood and nails. He behaves so impeccably that even the residents of Eomoris find him slightly unnerving, but he's welcome all the same. It's unclear where he came from and how old he is, but all members of Eomoris value their privacy, and no one will press him on it, as he appears hesitant to share.
