Kurome's high intelligence causes her to be of great magical defense and aid during battles. Although she's a true warrior at heart, she often sneaks away during time between battles to meditate among mushroom clusters in caverns created by the thick brambles in the region as a sort of remembrance to her origins in plague. She's a bit self-conscious of her immense size, but it helps her to further enjoy the smaller creatures, such as the tiny fairies and sprites that live throughout the tangled wood. She enjoys adorning herself with silver and bloodred armor- she feels that it makes her look tougher, more intimidating, more warrior-like.
Among other things, she is one of the few dragons who can put Malik, the strongest and most powerful dragon on the team, in his place. They have a deep mutual respect for eachother and he takes her words seriously because more often than not, she's right and he knows it.
