September is a mysterious being - they are absent from town most of the year, only appearing during the autumn months. During their brief time in town, they take up residence in the town center - telling tales and stories to those interested. For a price, you can request particular old favorites or a new one. Their stories are varied and often fantastical in nature - it's possible they are responsible for some of the various urban legends that have taken hold.
Once the winter arrives, they set off - supposedly to other towns to share their tales. However, some believe they come from the spirit world and to there they return - gathering new stories until it's time to make their way back to town. | _____ |
