Raven ♣ Black Witch ♣ Consultant
Raven sides with the black kingdom. She's the sole confidant of lady Juliet, and for that reason and that reason alone, she resides in the black kingdom with her defiant mate, Katsumi. Raven's relationship with Juliet goes beyond trust- they're each other's priorities. Raven wasn't very old when the young Juliet joined the clan and came into power, but she noticed the small signs of emotional neglect to the youthful imp. One day, as the sun was beginning to peek out over the horizon, she scaled the dark wall of the castle, concealed by the morning mists, and crept into Juliet's enormous, magnificent room. The walls were like mirrors, and the floor like ebony. Glistening crystal chandeliers hung from the cavernous ceiling. In one end of the room, in a vast bed hung with beautiful dark silks, nestled a very small imperial. She was enchantingly beautiful, even in her youth. She seemed to match the room- dark, crystaline. And she was crying. She fell asleep quickly in the approaching daylight, tears still shining. At that moment, Raven's pearl began to turn slippery, dark and murky. For all her hatred of imperials, she knew this was the beginning of something, she just wasn't sure what. From then on, everymorning she'd scale the magnificent walls of the castle and talk to Juliet. She listened to her- something she'd never really experienced. They became inseperable. Her relationship with her mate Katsumi is... tricky. They love eachother in the end, they really do, but their arguments are seemingly incessant. Their opposing political views are often the source of conflict. Katsumi also seems jealous of Ravens new affections for the newest wildclaw she's been eyeing, even though she tells him over and over again that she still loves him. He's a bit stubborn in his arguments, but at the end of the night you can find them curled up next to eachother.
THE COVEN:
     Raven is a very stereotypical sort of witch. Self taught, she uses herbs to make potions with a variety of uses. She became part of the coven one day when she noticed the star child of Myrna and Cyanide sneaking off to the white kingdom! Of course, she followed him, and met what could only be the most powerful witch in the entire shadow kingdom. She hid behind some cushions where an incredibly small skydancer appeared to be sleeping. After Tempest had left, she noted some other strange dragons enter the room quietly. Raven slowly but stealthily crawled out from behind the pillows, startling the poor skydancer child. The large, icy imperial, however, smiled wanly and welcomed her into the group. Demoxi introduced herself and the others, and the group welcomed her in with no hesitation. |
