(You're the one who's going to test my patience and break my funds so you can have a themed familiar, so you're the one who will track my progress with said familiar:

The Ritual had just been completed in the kingdom of Hallownest. Thanks to a mysterious white-headed warrior bug who collected the flames, the Grimmchild was able to take on the role his father had played as the host for the Nightmare Heart. Satisfied, the troupe decided to move on to another kingdom, laying dormant until the Grimmchild came of age and the Ritual was to begin again.
However, something went wrong. The lantern, which was laying dormant within another cavern, was swallowed by a mysterious rift. It tumbled through what seemed to be an endless void until it entered a strange cave that gleamed like pure crystal. After many days and nights, the lantern was lit before the Grimmchild had come of age. The one who had lit it was a curious creature, with a fluffy gray body, crystalline gray wings, and a white underbelly. He gestured to the Grimmchild, who had somehow taken a serpentine, four-legged form, and offered to protect it. So, it took up on the promising offer, and grew up under his care.

Not only is his final outfit plan absolutely spot on to his in-game counterpart while also giving some of that dramatic Flight Rising flair to it, but his colors and genes match him extremely well. I especially love the combination of his mask and the Ghost gene; I'm actually so struck by how perfect that choice was that I think it's my favorite bit of the dragon as a whole! So, so well done and thought out!

If this random person had a coin for every time a child of their pair was picked to be a Grimm-related dragon they'd have 3 coins. Which isn't a lot but it's funny that it happened three times
Anyway I might be biased cuz my Grimm (and Grimmchild) dragons are very similar, but I love the dragon pick for him! The Conjurer's Cloak + Ruby Nightshroud are a very nice combo for his clothing :)
