Frostbite

Frostbite is an Undertide female found stranded one day by Frostnipper, who she named for saving her. Her glowing eyes, while an advantage in the deep parts of the ocean without light causes her to be mostly if not totally blind in the daytime. Frostnipper tends to act like a seeing eye dragon when they do need to go out during the day.

She now lives in a large abandoned cave carved into the desert plateaus long ago. Dragons come and go, but, she has become sort of a defacto judge and leader due to a belief among both her clan and surrounding clans they trade with that she can see the truth of matters due to not being biased by dragon species as her sight is terrible. She doesn't have the heart to tell them their voices and sometimes footfall heaviness will give away the same information, however prides herself on being approachable by others who may otherwise use violence to solve the disputes she handles. Though she will often take time to "consider" difficult disputes and arrange for fae dragons to listen in on the two disputing dragon's lives and clans to try and form a better understanding of what is going on.
