Ender

Compared to Dusky and Indigo, it may seem as if Ender was dragged into the coliseum without his consent. But Ender’s story is not what it seems, as a hatchling he had a talent for hunting and had his father’s desire to protect Firefly Cave. Ender insisted that dragons needed a lot of experience to be able to protect the clan, they can’t just be sent to the front lines as soon as they hit adulthood.

Ender developed a friendship with Dusky and Indigo early in childhood, he quickly learned of their plans to fight monsters in order to get stronger. He knew he was the missing piece of their team, built for both offense and defense. He saw both sides of their arguement.

On the day of his first birthday, the day he would be allowed into the coliseum, the three sneaked out of the clan. They fought until the sun rose the next day and showed Coral and Cupcake their rewards, which made them see how beneficial these adventures could be to the wellbeing of the clan.
