Beliel worked tirelessly with a handful of individuals talented in the use of magic in order to grant his dear friend Bianca her greatest wish which was to no longer be bound to the land, to be able to experience the world around her in the ways that the other dragons were capable of.

High above Frostmoon Cove located in the Southern Icefield are the floating islands of Rellea. Here, Bianca and the other snappers can enjoy life high up in the sky as well as being able to maintain their nomadic lifestyle by moving from island to island through the use of magic to bridge them all together. Each island is different and even have a few different species of dragons living on them as well. A few of the species such as Aberrations and Aethers decided to make the move to Rellea as well as a small group of Obelisk.

While Rellea is ruled by Bianca, they are still very much a part of Clan Elotha and under the leadership of Beliel who makes the final decision on the more important matters that come up while Bianca deals with the day to day. Although the islands were a way to grant His friend her wish, it also allowed for the clan to split up some in order to alleviate the crowding that had started to become a problem. Currently the clan has been able to grow further with the expansion as more snappers come calling in search of the mysterious floating islands hoping to call them home.
