As his name implies, he eats electric wires. He does not need to eat them to survive, nor does it seem to do him harm, but it's a compulsion he can't control. No electrical devices are safe, not even cyborg dragons, except himself. Stormino gets a lot of work because of him.
He acts very normal until he spots electric wires. Then, he becomes entranced, moving relentlessly to his goal. Some say he looks like a zombie when that happens. Blindfolding his eyes makes him return to normal.
