Vermiculus
Head Healer
Oversees the medical den and all treatments, has expert knowledge in all methods of healing and mentors new healers. Vermiculus is the first Head Healer for the clan.
Oh the tales they told
Of freedom And glory Was not as true as you hoped it would be For now You spend your days in the den Searching and waiting to reveal the truth of The Brute. With blood stained claws And smashed teeth You will shout the truth You will scream the truth Of that Brute! Vermiculus has been with the clan since the early days, having grown up alongsides Viceroy and Aestus. Much like Viceroy, she also hid between Celeres's legs, often having had a habit of chirping as a small one. When she became older, she decided to repay Celeres's by looking into medicine, becoming the healer of the clan; Due to her scary appearance, most young hatchlings can't put up with her, due to this, she decided to raise a few apprentices to learn the ways of medicine. Her apprentices wound up being Neptune, Gwen, and Calliope. Her and Calliope shared a Mother-to-Daughter bond, having raised Calliope that cruel winter; They shared a peculiar likeness in eachother, oftentimes gossiping as they work over the ill or injuried. Vermiculus has two missing front eyes from a cancer in the early spring, at the time, Calliope was skeptical of becoming a healer, but helping her mother figure being nursed back to health made Calliope one of the finest healers in the clan.  |
