The right arm of Azphel, Zikel implements and executes Azphel's commands without hesitation, confident that he understands his Lord's will better than anyone.

Like Azphel, Zikel strongly disagreed with the idea of making peace with the Balaur, and his resentment for this ancient enemy has only grown across the centuries. Of all Asmodians, Zikel harbours the deepest hatred towards both the Balaur and the Elyos, his personal rivalry with Nezekan dating back to even before the Cataclysm.

He is skillful at handling any kind of weapon, but particularly excels with swords, and functions as Patron of the Gladiator class. He will draw his blade on any Elyos or Balaur who cross his path.

He acts without reservation and without fear, and can be mercilessly violent due to this lack of self-control, much to Marchutan's disdain. Indeed, it was Zikel's provocation of Deltras and the subsequent massacre of the Storm Legion that sparked the Abyss War.

But despite his arrogance and hot temper, Lord Zikel cares deeply about his people. His feelings of loyalty and conviction are translated to the hearts of all Asmodian soldiers:

"Blood for blood!"
