Matriarchy comes quite naturally to Aneese. Her confidence, poise, and grace are clearly apparent. But, they’re not her only qualities. Fiercely protective, everything she does is for the betterment of her clan. She doesn’t only feel responsible for them, she loves them. They are her life and her purpose.

Loyalty is required of those who choose to live within the boundaries of Aephoria. Newcomers are tested in battle, only granted citizenship once they have shown themselves to be completely dedicated to the expansion and prosperity of the clan. Dragons who wish to make Aephoria their home know this and welcome the chance to prove their intentions are honest and true.


Dragons who aren’t 100% committed are dealt with swiftly and are given the choice of travelling on to another clan or enlisting into the service of the Archanist. Those with the worst of intentions are kept in the Dregs, a permanent prison of sorts, in a state of deep hibernation. This ensures the safety not only of Aephoria, but all of Sornieth.
