A deceptive "Dragon", whose lies are as dangerous as his extremely potent venom, he is neither the angel he claims to be nor the dragon he appears as.
Design notes:
I gotta get an uma but- he has wings on his head that commonly cover his eyes, he has an extra pair of wings on his main body, and he has several unopened eyes dotting his body that can't be seen till open.
