Mika is one of the few dragons in the clan with more than 2 eyes, She tends to hide her extra eyes in her many layers of clothing. She fears she may be judged, but covering them impairs her vision. She often has to be guided by other dragons or her familiar to get to places. Despite this, Mika is very extroverted and sociable, she will jump at any chance to tell others about her gem collection and she sells them at the Scorched Square.

Dusky is Mika's mate, he was the first dragon who truly accepted her and taught her to be more open with other dragons. They enjoy caring for hatchings and talking about Dusky's adventures in the wilderness. Dusky often brings back beautiful gems for Mika to add to her collection or sell in her shop.

Mika prefers to stay out of the argument between the leaders, she knows both of them want what's best for the clan. She wishes they could make up and go back to what it was like when she was a hatchling. She fears she may one day have to leave the clan and all the friends she's made, the family that raised her. She could never leave them behind, but she must consider how to keep herself and Dusky safe.
