Alpha was born in the Lifeblood-Clan. The Lifeblood-werewolves are survival artists and persevering hunters that call the harsh territories in the mountains their home. Their children get their face markings once they had their first successeful hunt – the more successeful the hunt, the longer the marks.
Alpha was a unusual strong and huge young wolf which led to her parents' giving her this name.
She was her Clan's model-child until she met Alvan of the rivaling Scarclaw-clan and fell in love with him. Although she always called Alvan „idiot“ for his daydreaming personality, they soon startet dating and married.
Her clan disowned Alpha for her husband and she was welcomed by the Scarclaw-clan. She identified with her new family which resulted in her changing her Lifeblood-markings to the markings of the clan she married into.
Still, Alpha kept her serious and intimidating behaviour she did learn from the Lifeblood-Clan and always seemed cold-blooded, especially at the side of her cheerful husband.

Alpha and Alvan had six children:
- Bessy, their firstborn daughter which fell in love with a human – much to Alpha's dislike
- Deegan, their oldest son, who left the family early for a female werewolf he started a family with
- Fynn, who had to walk into his father's foodsteps after his death
- Keenen, who prefers reading over hunting or fighting
- Monna, who grew up to become one of the strongest werewolves of the clan
- Zane, the youngest, who stayed with the family and supported his brother Fynn with his children

Alpha was a very strict mother. While Alvan worked for the council, she stayed at home and protected the family and their territory. When her eldest daughter grew older she argued a lot with her mother, especially about her interest in a human man. Alvan was always able to calm Alpha down quickly though.
Alvan's death was devastating for Alpha. She begged Anubis to fight for him against Samael and his allies, but Anubis declined her offer, telling her that her family needed her more than he did.
Still, Fynn and his siblings had to help his mother to cope with the situation. Alpha needed a long time until she was back to her old self.
