King Rikaen
Leader of Clan Almraqbyn and head of the Council
Rikaen was once a young dragon who operated a mechanical Orrery within the Crystalspine Reaches, many scholars had often visited there to study the movement of celestial bodies around Sornieth. Around his orrery there settled a clan called the Valvusax Tribe which built into the surrounding mountain. He became acquainted with many of the dragons in the clan and was soon well-known and highly regarded in the area. Months later, an economic crisis befell the clan and the leader had stepped down and asked Rikaen to lead the clan in her stead. Rikaen accepted but was worried on who would maintain the Orrery while he was leading the clan. He deigned that he would lead the clan from inside the orrery and renamed the tribe to Clan Almraqbyn, he also set up a new governing system for the clan, setting up a council system wherein envoys from different flights and regions of the Starfall Isles would meet in the orrery to debate upon problems within the clan.
