Mipha's was the first to hatch. All murmered as the first egg hatched, unfurling from its swirled shell, with grooves designed to let the hatchling get out sooner. Out of the egg sprouted a small red dragon with blue accents on its wings. It hatched unfacing its mother. All were concerned.

Then it showed its face.

Its eyes were blank, almost unreadable. but it seemed nonetheless normal. But Mipha had to make sure - she called the young imperial Firefly to check it over as its sisters were hatching. Indeed the little dragon could see, But the sisters he had were drained of all eye variety...

But her worries were thwarted as her sister called! Mipha rushed to Bernadetta's side. But she wasn't prepared for what she would see.

Another newborn dragon with the exact same soulless eyes...

A boundless ball of feral energy, Bonita will tear up anything in sight. She seems to be incapable of speech because of this, as she just wants to destroy everything.

She's very close to Bunsen - and professionals who've seen both dragons together heavily suggest that they have some sort of soul link. They theorise that with each facet in their eyes they can see what the other is up to. But this is all speculation because neither will speak for themselves.
