Pluto is a demigod of the dead. He is able to see spirits, and he has taken it upon himself to help guide those souls to their final resting place in the underworld. To help the spirits find him he wears the skeletal chimes, their clinking and clanging drawing out wayward souls. A sad draw back to Pluto's abilities is that he can see exactly when other dragons will die and to avoid the heart ache of dealing with that knowledge, he prefers to be alone and commit himself to his role as a Spirit Guide.
