Like a number of sandsurges, Kikai has augmented his body with a number of cyberwear. He has enhanced armor plating, as well as augments that improve his speed and strength. And such, he's a valued enforcer amongst the ranks of Arakawa-Kai.

Some speculate that the number of cybernetics he has installed into his body has diminished his sense of... being a dragon. He dismisses these claims. If you were to ask him, he says he has the mental and physical fortitude to be able to withstand all of the enhancements he has.
