Caithris

Caithris is a scale-painter by trade. When a clan member seeks a little makeup for a special occasion, wants a steady claw to scribe runes and magic-infused markings, or even wants a magically-infused tattoo, Caithris is who they call.

When he's not using his clanmates as a canvas, he can usually be found painting and decorating structures around the Grove or grinding pigments for his next project. He grows many of his own materials, though when it comes to brush bristles, he tends to take spare fur from the clan Tundras, Pearlcatchers, and Imperials. He swears the fur of different dragons used on the brush creates different effects in the finished paintwork... though some, noting his fondness for preserved furs, chuckle to themselves as he collects samples. After all, what could be better for a tired Wildclaw's bed than a nest lined with Tundra fluff, laced with shimmering Imperial and Pearlcatcher mane fibers?
