Celegriath

While the Shadow Isle Circus Trope had been searching for more acts- including a contortionist- they hadn't expected to find an aether to fill the role. Rather, they had been searching for a spiral, to limited success, and Celegriath refused to drop that she was good enough for the spot and that she could do the job just as well as a spiral.

When they asked her about her past and what had pushed her towards contortion performances, she answered honestly- Celegriath had been found as a young hatchling and raised by spirals. In adopting her parents behaviors and movements, she found herself enjoying the looks others gave and the attention, and kept the practice up. Sure, she wasn't as flexible as a spiral, but in her eyes, that only made her better than them- she had learned how to copy them as closely as she could without hurting herself and with working with a more traditionally limited body shape. And the fact that she had more limbs meant that she had more things to push and to find creative performances with.

At her story, Viego gave her the spot, ignoring Thresh's mutterings about how they could still do better. Celegriath largely ignores Thresh, and despite disliking her performances being compared to a spirals, gets along well with the breed in general and spends a lot of time with the tropes musician, Gizelle.
