Eula

The Winter Mage:

A sudden chill? An icy breeze? Or perhaps, you find yourself covered in frost?

If you encounter these circumstances while walking by the Kyanite Tower, it's probably the work of Eula. She is as cold and glittering as the tower she resides in, and usually is followed by ghostly candles, which she uses to light up her candle.

She nearly blends into her tower at night, her wings like the starry skies and her body like the tower itself, all glittering blue crystal. Even the tips of her wings will blend into the tower at times. if it weren't for her lacy roses, you'd never be able to tell she was there.

She used to be friends with Grell, and is very good friends with Dapperwing, whom she helped raise a pair of dragonets with.

When Grell left, the clouds surrounding Fuyu Palace became thicker, and there was a blizzard that could've froze the lands of the Flamecaller. This blizzard lasted for days, burying the palace and covering it with ice.

She and Dapperwing sometimes talk about a great manner of things, big and small. They are close friends, and she would trust Dapperwing with anything. Dapperwing also sometimes asks Eula for advice, or some service that her magic would make easier.
