Adrasteia is a larger Ridgeback female who spends her time brooding with Rarity in silence. Both Adrasteia and Rarity have lost multiple mates, or moved on from them, and seem to enjoy each other's company rather than that of a male. When Rarity is remodeling, Adrasteia is borrowing from other territories to make theirs more comely.

Adrasteia was a mated pair with Uriel, the Captain of Serenity Clan. However, one night, Uriel and Adrasteia had a very loud, very long, fight. There are rumors that Adrasteia went out and found a willing dragon to mate with her to upset Uriel. Regardless, Adrasteia ended up hatching multiple dragons that were obviously not Uriel's. Since then, they have yet to make up. But time will tell, as both dragons are quite the stubborn pair.
