trickster. the fool, even. looks like he belongs in a circus. despite his silly outward personality and his silly looks he will be very serious if need be

illusionist, creates illusions by bending light to lure out criminals and catch them off guard. but instead of being a normal dragon, he is unhinged and mostly does this in a silly teehee funny way (that may or may not be slightly morbid) that's entertaining to him and not to the person being caught. you do not know if anything in front of you is real or an illusion. it's his world and we're all a part of it

lore or not, i just think he's neat. i wanted an excuse to make a goofy looking circus outfit dragon. also i just noticed he's partially repeating? 87201201.. huh
