In the mountains and amongst the few oasis littering the border between Dragonhome and the Viridian Labyrinth, Ceirivi rules her clan with opened wings, betraying of a harsher and stern countenance. As matriarch, queen, leader, and founder, she oversees the protection of the clan's territory and its dragons first and foremost, and her personality further matches; protective, strong-willed, and forthright. Her few flaws reveal themselves in her generous nature, at times landing the clan in trouble with intruders and inner betrayals due to how trusting she is. Cierivi can best be described as grounded, and gives any and all decisions much thought; at least to the best of her ability. Inner criticism within the clan labels her gullible. Adorning her is jewelry and other such objects obtained through diplomatic trade and exploration of other regions, especially the bordering land of the Gladekeeper, to which provides a stark contrast against the monotonous neutrals of Dragonhome.

As willing as she is to lend an intent ear to any dragon who cares to tell her their story, Ceirivi is less inclined to tell hers, being much more of private dragon who seldom indulges any other, no matter how curious. Dragons still manage to be sated through her betrothed and his stronger penchant for humoring inquiry with harmless details--despite her disapproving stare-- but regardless, she is much more content with impressions of her being built upon her current actions and accomplishments, rather than remnants of the past no sole dragon can change.
