Rousse is a self proclaimed ringmaster for a circus composed almost entirely by avian creatures, whether normal birds, raptoriks, or even harpies, although such sightings are rare. He seems to be quite the shady character at times, so it's best to not trust his honeyed words or charming appearances. There's a reason he's taken a liking to birds, and that is to pilfer every bit of treasure, gems, or anything else shiny from any dragon he meets. Even Crow, an Aberration who also enjoys collecting shinies, is appalled by his behavior and often snatches up his ill gotten gains to return them to their rightful owner(s).
His origins in the plague flight are another reason to be wary of him, despite the many plague residents in the clan. He speaks nothing of his previous clan, nor why he left. When brought up, the birds around him become oddly intent on the dragon asking about his past, and some even peck them, even though Rousse tells them to stop. When he's in a particularly cheeky mood, he'll tell them to hold back until he 'gives the order.' Overall, Rousse is shrouded in mystery, but he's certainly a good performer.

| After wandering around through a bunch of other dragons showing off their artwork and then putting a price on it, your eyes settle up on a curious makeshift stall that has been put up on the outskirts. From the banner, it looks as though the dragon that works here will accept pretty much any kind of payment for their works. As you step closer, you begin to notice all the feathers strewn about on the ground, some from birds and other such creatures, and some from a Skydancer. As soon as you look up at the stall, however, the Skydancer in question is already sitting there, resting his chin on his talon as props his head up with his elbow. He looks expectantly at you, with crimson eyes gleaming and a charming smile on his face as he opens his mouth to speak. |
