Cheeky and Childish, Hikaru is the last of 3 truly-living gods of her age. She is chaotic, but neutral towards others, never intending to cause actual harm to anyone (not like she would care if she did). Her goals are more oriented to keeping the balance of the dome and the system. Any interferences will be hidden, wiped from memory, and fixed. She doesn't meddle with humanity or dragon-kind, unless they are the victims of the incredibly rare glitches in the System.
