Willow is a vicious lady, working under Corr and King to torture especially terrible criminals in the city. She has her own "lab" of sorts, and delivers the bodies to PJ for autopsies, flustered all the while. She enjoys(?) her job, and frequently boasts about it to others, proud of her work. Her soul was destabilized after having to watch Dream's death, and she has a hard time actually feeling anything, confiding in her cousin, PB, during infrequent times of distress.

- Pining so hard for PJ (as much as someone liker her can)
- Cousins with PB, as mentioned previously. They're close, having witnessed the deaths of their respective fathers together
- Absolutely loves ostriches
- Usually has ecto summoned to take pressure off her soul, having a fair amount of magic to spare (also because she dislikes feeling stuff on her bones)
