Ice King just wants to find a princess.

Every radical dude's gotta have one, and since Ice King is math as heck, obviously he needs to go woo himself some royalty.

His memory's spotty and his sense of identity's even worse--but the only thing that's clear is that he's on a mission.

And that mission is to find him a princess.

Ice king found two princesses! Sadly, they had better things to do than talk with him. He did, despite not attaining a princess, befriend a dragon named Goodguy. He was given both a Frigid Sash and a Golden Fillet as a token of companionship, then was gently encouraged by the clan leader to continue his search somewhere else.

Lair: Bwee, 72759
Ice King had drifted into the Viridian Labyrinth, definitely the opposite of his frigid home land. He was surprised to meet a most stunning lady dragon that matched the beauty of a hundred princesses. Together they sired many children and lived quite happily. One day though, Ice King felt amiss. He had lost sight of his original intent to travel. His lady, although saddened, understood he needed to finish his quest. Ice King left the lair, resuming his quest once again.

As charming as IceKing was as he wooed every dragon that caught his eye, The girls here just weren't that into him. He was quite taken aback by their icy ...love? And of course he'd never thought he'd be rejected by so many females in the Southern Icefield, I mean come on, he's name is IceKing.

He also came across a very cocky male tundra. They did not get along very well. Feeling that he had no reason to stay any longer than he already had, Iceking thanked the clan for sharing their lair and bid them farewell.

The abiding boneyard was a tough place to live, even more harsh than the icefields, he had visited. All the girls here were hardcore warriors, and would not bat an eye at a tundra who could not fight, no matter how charismatic he was. He did find royalty here, but they were a warrior noble, who did not care if he was called iceking. Despite the tough trouble, the males comforted him, and he was treated well, especially for being a guest. Because he knew he had no chance he left the lair to continue his quest for a princess.

After wandering into the light clan, he found it in turmoil as it went through its rejuvenation, dragons leaving and those who stayed reinventing themselves. Not willing to conform or change to live in harmony with the newly reformed clan, he decided to make his stay short and move on. He still maintains that it had nothing to do with the fact that the clan had no pretty tundra girls to his liking.

Lair: Jinetjade, 3804
Soon after arriving in the Carrion Canyon, he was found by two witch sisters who immediately got somewhat of a crush on him and offered him a stay at their lair. The sisters were, however, not of interest to him but instead, a stunning pearlcatcher priestess caught his eye. About a couple weeks later he found that this girl is way too annoying, and he continues his journey along with a lunchbox to go.

IceKing initially set his sights on a wildclaw by the name of MamaRose, and seemed quite successful at wooing her at first... but unbeknownst to them, MamaRose's orphan charge was listening too, to the tales of adventure. Alicanthus, a recently hatched guardian male, had been still under MamaRose's wing for so long that she assumed him asleep, or maybe forgot he was there entirely. His eyes grew wide listening to IceKing's grand adventures in search of the perfect princess, and was inspired to go out and see the world for himself, not fussed about the princesses but the locations. Imagine seeing the Viridian Labyrinth, or! Or or or!! Getting to see the Scarred Wasteland, where MamaRose was from. Oh yes he liked that idea. He snuck off when MamaRose wasn't looking, and took a ferry from Emberglow Hearth headed to someplace in the Tangled Woods.

Of course MamaRose didn't know this, but when she found out that her little hatchling had left her, she blamed IceKing and his stories, and rejected any advance from him in favor of searching for the little bairn she'd taken in. Faced with a dragon that was getting exceedingly grumpy at him, IceKing decided it might just be the best idea to move on. He'd packed up his things and was just heading out when a shy young mirror caught his eye. Her name was Xenia, and the two of them got along like a dryad on fire. They had three hatchlings together, and Xenia loved him dearly, but he still desired to travel. Eventually, unable to say goodbye, he snuck out into the night, leaving behind nothing but a hastily scribbled note.

Soon after, IceKing found himself in The Twisting Crescendo. Tired from his journey, he was offered hospitality by the dragons of MistSong Ridge. With them he rested, and soon found his sight captivated by a young tundra by the name of Illusion. For months he attempted to woo her, but it was all for naught, as her heart already belonged to another. Finding no other girls of interest, IceKing thanked the clan for their kindness, and set off to find another princess.
