well, a new era calls for a different darkness than when Larkspur was queen of this rock.
Sugar is somewhere between dowser and water purifier, peddler of snake oils, and soapbox evangelizer.
she came into town with Kyra, Buckthorn, and Bridwyn. but she's not fool enough to trust any of them, that's for sure. she only hopes they're fool enough to trust her.
she doesn't need the whole Several Circles, no... just enough gullible types to set up a comfortable life for herself. then she can bleed 'em dry until it's time to move on to the next watering hole.
Sugar's clan of origin lived in a coastal salt marsh.
