Interested in geography, literature, history, and travel, Kurheal of course became a messenger. Although not as official, or serious as a messenger, he gets the job done. Mail is delivered more at liesure, not uncommonly late, but he only works at private request, and makes sure the dragons understand his possible dilemmas. They don't mind.

This doesn't leave the pearlcatcher with much work, but he keeps flying on. Even when not delivering others' mail, he has his own! Kurheal has developed many penpals, all being dragons he previously delivered to, and nobody has figured it out yet. It might not be ideal, or very polite to spring a message and gift on an unexpecting reciever, and sometimes it doesn't go well, but he treasures the times it does go smoothly.

Flyring and flying, it tires his wings eventually. When he's on the ground, he's writing his mail, although among other hobbies. Tours required to be on foot are taken advantage of when he's down. Kurheal's been enlightened at so many monuments, major or minor, very, very minor. He says he's visited every corner of dragons' land, and there's a very likely chance he's not wrong.
