"An unbreakable connection"
Aqua was born into a clan in the Sea of a Thousand Currents where she grew up learning magic. By the time she was grown, though, she had learned much of what she could from the clan and decided to move on. Arriving at clan Hotaru she settles down to learn more magic, the various adventurers of the clan going in search of new spells and bringing them back to the mages for them to study. She was quickly named a full mage and before long was even being assigned a student. Before arriving at Clan Hotaru, Aqua met another dragon named Terra. Fast becoming friends, they were one day separated in a bad storm while crossing the Shifting Expanse. Unable to find him then, Aqua still goes out looking for him when time allows it. Otherwise she has been taking care of Ventus (or Ven as he prefers to be called). The younger dragon is rather like a hatchling sometimes (especially in terms of his energy), so Aqua has her hands full. She suggested Ven help with the messengers to help him get rid of some of his excess energy and that has started to show results. Recently Terra found his way to the clan, much to Aqua's happiness. She was worried about introducing him to Ven but after a little tension initially the other two became good friends. Aqua enjoys watching the other two spend time together, Terra patiently dealing with Ven's high energy. The younger boy obviously looks up to Terra and has begun to value the older dragon's opinion more than Aqua's, a fact which makes her happy to see. |

Aqua is a calm dragon who is almost always in control of her emotions except when her friends are threatened. She sees herself as an older sister to Ventus who relies on her in turn. The two of them have a very close bond and she will do anything to keep him safe. When meeting new dragons Aqua is polite, preferring to reserve judgement for later. In the clan she is one of the dragons hatchlings go to when they have questions or concerns. Hobbies: Aqua likes to learn about magic, so spends most of her free time researching new spells she can use. It is one of the reasons why she is one of the youngest mages in the clan. When not reading about magic she likes to read romance novels but it is her secret from all others (although Ventus once caught her reading one but didn't understand what it was about). Outside of reading, Aqua likes spending time with her friends, although Terra only recently returned after being missing for quite some time. Ventus is both her best friend and her student so she spends a lot of time with the younger dragon who she sees as a little brother.
