Katla plays a most important role in the clan wherein she helps the female dragons give birth and look after their nests. She can be seen bustling around chasing after newly hatched hatchlings who have wandered off, taking care of the ones who become shell-sick, and aiding the new mothers in getting their strength back up after such a daunting task as bringing new life into the world. Strict as she may be, it all comes from a place of love.▄

Katla's past is a rather colorful one. She doesn't much talk about it, but if you ask her, she'll tell you that she was actually a rather fun-loving dragoness in her youth who got chased by all the dragons who wished to become her bondmate but, after a while, it all became rather tiring as, at times when she'd prefer to be alone, there was some male hitting on her thus she became bitter about all the attention she'd get until one day she just snapped. She decided to forsake the male dragon race and became a Nursery Attendant in order to get away from it all.
The day she met Michel, she'd just had a bad day and wanted to be left alone. A couple of days later when he came to her home to apologize, she realized that maybe two miserable souls could help each other to become better than they were, and so, she took Michel to be her bondmate and hasn't regretted it since. ▄
