Ramman serves as the Head Technician, serving under Horus at Expanse Tech. He also acts as a close advisor to his superior, and has proven himself to be a growing expert on White Lightning, a phenomenon still undergoing study at Expanse Tech. All experiments and evaluations on White Lightning are directed by him.
