Transude

Transude is a dragon unlike any other. Born—or perhaps, existing—within the cracks of parallel dimensions, their form is fluid and constantly shifting. Their body flickers between different planes of existence, creating an unsteady and elusive appearance that varies from moment to moment. One moment, they appear as a graceful female figure; the next, as a towering male presence. No one, not even Transude themselves, knows the reason for this erratic state. It has been this way for as long as they can remember, a condition they neither understand nor control.

This strange phenomenon has always haunted Transude's attempts at romance and connection. Every partner—whether male or female—has been unnerved by the shifting of Transude’s gender. Despite the love they tried to offer, Transude's existence always caused their relationships to crumble. Their partners could never quite accept the constant change, and as a result, Transude has learned to keep a safe distance from emotional entanglements. They long for connection, but their nature always seems to drive others away.

Despite the turmoil this shifting existence brings, Transude possesses a unique and powerful ability: they can freely navigate the rifts between dimensions. Unlike their unstable form, this ability is fully under their control, allowing them to travel through dimensions at will. This power led them to the world of Tyr, a Void hunter trapped between realms and facing an untimely demise.

When they discovered Tyr, seemingly on the brink of death, Transude’s instinct to help took over. In their female form, they reached out, rescuing him from the void and pulling him back into reality. But upon doing so, a pang of fear struck them. Tyr, like everyone else, would surely be unsettled by their erratic form and ever-changing body. Before Tyr could even speak, Transude vanished, disappearing into the dimensions without a trace, leaving him with only a sakura petal and the haunting memory of their brief encounter.

Now, Transude moves through the dimensions alone, haunted by the possibility of what could have been. They remain uncertain about their future, caught between realms and plagued by their own identity. But the encounter with Tyr lingers in their mind—a small spark of hope for something more, even if they dare not reach for it.
