Flammacora is forced against her will to carry and fight in the armor known as the "Plague Spirit Penitentiary". Forged by Asbests, Flammacora was the only dragon they tested who would not be consumed by the armor's raging spirit. Constantly fighting the urge to rampage, the skydancer knows doffing it would have her executed on the spot.

In her dreams she can hear its pleads for brutality or freedom, and awake she is forced into nightmares of destruction on the clan's enemies. Using the armor's powers, her spells are twice the potency than that of a normal dragon. Everyone who knows of the nature of Flammacora's circumstance avoids her, the skydancer living a lonely and plagued existence.
