Garm is the Death Mage of Shadowfall clan. He can often be seen burning incense, heard chanting a quiet prayer, and comforting grieving clan members. If you were an outsider looking in, you may see him anointing a small linen-bundled figure with oil as they go forth to serve Shadowbinder even in death, gentle waves of a purple hued magic mingling with the incense hanging in the air as his low voice gently recites a psalm of servitude. If you watch even longer, you may see a certain pearlcatcher standing next to him, weeping gently over a soul she could not save, her purple claws gently brushing against small, scaled bundles that never made it past their first month of life. Death, is after all, a natural part of life, burdensome though it be.

  • He has a sort of camaraderie-come-friendship with Georges, as well as Newt. The three of them enjoy a poker night in which Newt inevitably leaves sobbing because Georges scared him.
