ATTICUS the Leader

Your stride takes you to the largest building within the clan, The Great Hall. It is the reminisce of a great library of many rooms and levels. You see a serious looking guardian standing on the steps leading up to the grand wooden doors that make up the entrance and decide to say hello.
Hello... You can me Atticus. If you really want to know how our little clan here came to be, I would suggest talking to my mate: Avalon. She may seem a bit arrogant and headstrong, but she that is only because she is so proud of what we were able to carve out here. Our own little home. Anyway, she is a far more talkative person than I am. She'll tell you how we are both Leaders and the responsibilities that come from being such, and though I am happy that I have such a position, I do prefer keeping an eye out on our clan by taking to the sky and gliding over everyone to ensure their safety. I go generally alone, but sometimes Avalon accompanies me.

~~Backstory/Personality~~
Shy and quite introverted, it is a bit of surprise to anyone who first meets him that Avalon is his partner. But once they get to know the couple it is obvious why they love each other so; they have a perfect understanding of one another and compliment the other dragon's attributes perfectly. Where Avalon is brash and stubborn, Atticus is careful and open-minded. Together they create the perfect team.
The prospect of creating their own clan was at first an incredibly daunting one to Atticus when Avalon first proposed it to him. He had never felt the need to be a Leader and wasn't sure he would be a good one if it came to it. When they founded their clan and Avalon proposed that he join her in the complicated task of keeping it running, he accepted tentatively but he knew she would never steer him wrong. He was shocked to find that he enjoyed many of the tasks greatly as a surprising amount of them required little interaction with others. Whenever something did come forth where conversation was needed, he does so kindly but quickly, which the rest of the clan actually quite appreciates as it means their problems are solved in a timely manner. The clan respects him and his need to be alone sometimes. Rather than seeing it as a detrimental aspect of Atticus, the clan instead finds it admirable.
