Edha Colony Matriarch
I doubt the world will change according to what we make of it, but it's worth a try.

Edha is the matriarch of the group, a female of motherly nature and admirable tenderness. But to those outside the clan she is a noble, mature and calm individual. She has a mate but he left, and she wishes with all her heart that he would come back...
The closest to her in the clan would be Aityth - but even Ait knows her limits. Perhaps a little heartsick, she is strong for the clan... but if caught away from them (Rarely though as the clan keep her in high spirits), she seems occasionally melancholy.
Her proposal to join groups with some Imperials did not end well, and although the Imperials have done nothing to wrong the Fae, there have been suspicions. Wonderings at what the Imperials want, and why they would join a Colony as small as them if it were for their own benefit. Edha has turned a blind eye to this, and has trusted Rolim.

Leading on from this would be her decision to move the Colony from the Arcane territory to the Shadow. Although the group accepted members of all Flights, she realised that the Arcane atmosphere was not doing the other Colony members well and therefore decided, after a long talk with her closest, that a change was in order and the Shadow realm would be best suited to the changing times.
