Redara was the original progen of the clan along
with Vintage as his partner when it came to finding
fossils and ancient relics. On one expedition however,
Redara found runes to ancient magic and began to
study them unbeknownst to Vintage. She eventually
became quite skilled at her art and soon left due
to differences in the knowledge that she sought
compared to the other progen.

She eventually came across Shade and taught him
everything she knew about the dark magic she had
discovered. Over time the two grew a fondness for
each other and they became bonded mates.
