Chime is a Skald of the "Lo-Fi" musical genre.
What is Lo-Fi?
Nobody really knows. Chime tends to give a different answer to each dragon that asks.

"It's a low song with an easy beat!"

"It's something soft to ease you to sleep!"

"Chirps! Notes! A low, humming drone. And don't forget the kick! But it keep it simple-yes. Simple is the trick!"

Appearance-wise, Chime is a blue river of an Imperial. With their large periwinkle wings and hide of polished cobalt, what stands out the most aside from her size are the darkly colored runic symbols that stretch the length of their body all the way to the fur at the end of her tail. When Chime's special song begins to play, these runes begin to glow with a mystical gray energy.

"This music," she whispers, "it is...the sound of my own soul...!"
