HEALTH: 90% 		ENTRY #1 Draft - {REDACTED} - Subject #343, is an entity that resides within deep, dense forests. They are stationary, completely unmoving except for a pair of unblinking eyes that track any movement in its vicinity. Ohjarath is not outwardly aggressive towards dragonkind, but meeting their gaze can cause headaches, nausea, dizziness, and what is described as "brain fog." They do not react to any other external stimuli, like touch or sound. Further observation advised.

ENTRY #2 Draft - {REDACTED} - Subject #343, now 'Ohjarath', can communicate. They do not speak, but instead seem to be able to telepathically communicate. Ohjarath is the name they remember going by. Threat level reduced to low.

ENTRY #3 Draft - {REDACTED} - Ohjarath has spoken to me on several occasions now. They seem to have some cognitive effect, related to the 'brain fog'. They feel much safer than here. Threat level reduced to safe.

ENTRY NOTE - TARIEL - Threat level being reassessed. {REDACTED} has been deemed unfit for research and discharged. I am taking over his work.

ENTRY #1.1 - TARIEL - Ohjarath is an entity that resides within deep, dense forests. They will occasionally move, unseen by others, to other secluded woods. Besides this, they are stationary, unmoving except for a pair of unblinking eyes. They only react to movement, tracking anything in its radius with a piercing gaze. They do not react to other external stimuli. While not outwardly aggressive, Ohjarath can cause a myriad of uncomfortable symptoms just by meeting their gaze. Repeated attempts to engage with Ohjarath can cause more severe symptoms, such as insanity. After two or three attempts at engaging, Ohjarath will communicate via telepathy. They seem to be quite good at manipulation, keeping victims coming back in order to lure them into insanity. They are quite frail due to lack of movement, but otherwise seem healthy. Threat level being assessed.
