The leader of the Clan. She looks after everyone and everything that goes on in her Clan. Toto is everything her Clan needs and are named for. With small, but powerful wings and arms, she welcomes all to her Clan. Do not mistake her caring for weakness, any that threaten her Clan will suffer her wrath.

NameGiver is the mantle by which the leadership role in the Clan of the Named is passed on. Once in a great while a dragon will be born gifted to see the type of soul a dragon holds. As such they are the most capable dragon to build the Clan's future and help every dragon become the best version- even those with "negative" names. The Clan held with baited breath to see if NameGiver's only surviving son from her first clutch would develop the skill, but alas, he hasn't. Now the man concern is if the name NameGiver will be passed on at all.

With the price of her skill, NameGiver is slowly dying. The more dragons she takes in and shows their true soul, the weaker her body becomes. Already her once brilliant Azure skin is paling into white, and age spots show all over her Splash coloured wings.
