A mysterious but friendly dragon, he is quiet and polite. He silently appeared one day in the City outskirts with Hel and Xiuhcoatl. Most people didn’t question their sudden appearance, as most dragons who enter this place often have their own circumstances. Not much is known about him other than that he is some sort of prophet and he lives with his mate Hel in the outer layers while his sister lived the the center of the City. He’s more sociable than his mate, often going to the more populated areas to walk around and strike a conversation with whoever wishes to do so.

Before coming to the city he was a simple orphan and he and his sister would wander the world searching for purpose from a very young age. As he grew he started to notice strange things that no one else seemed to notice. He saw and heard things that he was never able to describe. These things whispered to him terrible things to come. Both him and his sister feared he was simply hallucinating at first, but each time the things spoke of tragedy, misery always followed suit. It became obvious that Kral was some sort of prophet of terrible omens. Soon they both discovered that Xiuhcoatl also had a strange power. She could think of anywhere in the world and instinctively know how to get there no matter how vague or concrete her destination is. Kral has always been a kind helpful guy, he alway believed that the act of helping other was his true purpose, so he asked his sister to aid him in his journey. Whenever he would hear whispers of preventable tragedies, he would tell his sister of it. She would then think to go to wherever the tragedy was going to happen and they would both warn the people involved. Xiuhcoatl accepted his request, eager to find her own meaning to life. During their travels, while simply exploring and waiting for the next prophecy, they found Hel. Kral immediately tried his best to help them, but their distrust of him was very obvious. It took many months to have her finally open up to him and his sister, and when she did Kral knew that he would do his absolute best to help her develop her powers of dream manipulation and show her that there was never anything wrong with her. Over the years him and Hel became very close, and eventually romance blossomed between the two. When Hel's power grew so strong she could affect any dragon sleeping around the globe, it became clear that travelling no longer became necessary to the group and they could finally settle down somewhere and rest their weary wings. They followed Xiuhcoatl to where their new home will be, and lo and behold, it was the City. Kral decided to stay with Hel in the outskirts as their romantic relationship was well established and Kral wished to respect his mates wishes for solitude. His sister on the other hand preferred to go to the bustling center.
